KC has made cupcakes for me on two separate occasions. Both times were outstanding! Her cupcakes are both beautiful and tasty. On one occasion I needed gluten-free cupcakes, which can sometimes be dense and too heavy, but KC was able to make them light and tasty cake very similar to regular cake. They are most definitely the best cupcakes in town!
