KC is a pleasure to work with! She was available for me to bounce ideas off of and quick to offer up ideas of her own when I needed her to. She was able to work with my dietary restriction (gluten-free) to produce delicious cake and cupcakes for my wedding. Everyone loved them and no one could tell they were gluten-free! She has creative flavor ideas and offered up good pairing ideas. She decorated my cake on the spot with flowers left by the florist and it was perfect! KC brings it all to the table!
